There’s a lot of pent-up demand, and we’ve been seeing a ton of online activity. Here’s my note of encouragement for those worried about the real estate market.
I hope that you and your family are doing well and staying safe. Thank you for doing your part to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Many of you may be nervous about what the housing market is doing following the stock market woes, so I wanted
to give you a little encouragement. I've had sporadic showings here and there—not a lot, but even in a pandemic, there are those who must buy or sell a home for various reasons. Here in our county, 129 properties sold in just the last two weeks
