If you’re thinking of selling, make sure you price your home correctly. Check out this message to find out why. 


A lot has happened in the last few weeks. As you might recall, I was somewhat nervous during my previous message about the possibility of Hurricane Dorian making landfall in Florida. Thankfully the storm missed our state, but the Bahamas were, unfortunately, caught in Dorian’s path. To help those affected, our team will be supporting relief efforts through Missionary Flights International and Samaritan’s Purse. Moving on, I’d also like to take a moment to touch on what’s happening in our Vero Beach real estate market.

First of all, don’t buy into the rumors that homes only sell during the right “season.” Homes that have been priced correctly sell at all times of the year, including right now. Chances are, if your home is in good condition, but isn’t seeing the number of offers you would like, the issue is that you’ve priced it too high.

The bottom line is that if you want to sell quickly, you and your agent need to establish a strong pricing strategy from the start. Doing so will have buyers placing offers in no time.

As for buyers, there are plenty of properties available right now. There are currently about 1,400 homes for sale in our area. Whatever your real estate goals may be, it would be my pleasure to help you meet them.
